Reconstruction efforts for the vital roadway linking Beni to Muna have been costed at roughly NPR 70 million by local authorities. The administrative hub of Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality connects via this route, which has sustained extensive structural harm across twenty-two distinct spots as a result of heavy floods and landslides. Severe river erosion at Balute within Malika Rural Municipality has swept away a hundred metres of the previously blacktopped surface. Officials outlined that restoring the stretch between Beni and Panabagar will require an estimated NPR 46.25 million, whereas fixing the damaged segment near Balute along the Panabagar to Darbang corridor is projected at NPR 22.74 million. The Infrastructure Development Office in Myagdi provided these financial projections for repairing the regional network. Work remains essential to restore mobility for residents relying on this key transportation link, which connects various rural municipalities and local settlements.
