India secured the gold medal in the men cricket competition following a victory against Pakistan. Batting first after winning the toss, India posted a total of 211 runs for the loss of six wickets in the allocated 20 overs. Tilak Varma contributed an unbeaten knock of 51 runs to the team total. Additional contributions to the Indian innings came from Shivam Dube with 27 runs, captain Shreyas अय्यर with 21 runs, and Ishan किशन with 20 runs. In response, Pakistan pursued the target of 212 runs during their turn at the crease. Pakistan managed to score 192 runs for the loss of six wickets by the completion of their 20 overs. Individual efforts in the chase included 29 runs from Saim Ayub and 23 runs from Maz Sadaqat, leaving the team short of the required target.
