WeNepal supporters are real people who have verified a phone number or email. The supporter counter on the front page shows that number, and only that number. No seeded figures, ever.

• Your topics and district, so the Pulse push and the monthly tracker email match what you care about.
• Reactions, and comments where they are enabled.
• A say. Supporters are the first people we ask when we test something new.

Joining is free. Reading WeNepal is free with or without an account.

1. Enter a Nepal mobile number (+977) or, if you are abroad, your email.
2. We send a six-digit code. It works for 10 minutes.
3. Enter the code. That is it: no password to remember.
4. Optionally add your name, district and topics. You can change or remove them at any time.

We store the minimum: your number or email, your language and the preferences you choose. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers and never show it on the supporter map, which shows counts by district only. You can delete your account yourself from the account page.
