The final testing phase for newly constructed zipline and sky cycling facilities has successfully concluded at Garjura, a prominent tourist destination in Gulmi. This infrastructure project has been designed to enhance adventure tourism in the district. The development features a zipline stretching 568 metres alongside a sky cycling track measuring 110 metres. According to Khildhwaj Panthi, the chief administrator of Resunga Municipality, the main objective of establishing these adventure activities is to boost local tourism. The municipality is set to oversee the coordination and management of both operations. The project represents a significant investment in the local tourism sector, with total costs reaching Rs 12.5 million. Ticket prices for the new attractions have already been determined for future visitors. Under the established pricing structure, a ride on the zipline will cost Rs 600, while the sky cycling experience is priced at Rs 400. The facilities are located in an area situated around 2,300 metres above sea level, offering scenic views for adventure seekers.
