Travellers heading into the Langtang, Kyanjin and Gosainkunda regions can now undertake journeys following an official announcement from the Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal. Two distinct alternative paths have been established for visitors aiming to reach the Langtang area, providing viable routes after earlier disruptions. Access to the region was restored following the placement of a Bailey bridge over the Bhotekoshi River at Betrabati. The crossing point had previously suffered structural damage due to severe flooding that struck Rasuwa on 26 August. The first available itinerary begins in Kathmandu, passing through Trishuli and Betrawati to reach Dhunche or Thulosyabru. From there, walkers continue onward via Bamboo, Lama Hotel and Langtang before arriving at Kyanjin. A secondary option also starts in Kathmandu, taking travellers through Chisapani, Helambu, Tharepati, Ghopte and Gosainkunda. This path then links into Thulosyabru, Bamboo, Lama Hotel and Langtang to complete the journey toward Kyanjin.
