Authorities have issued stringent directives targeting hotels, restaurants, sweet shops, canteens, catering services, and eateries that serve travellers along highways during the festive period. Businesses must strictly adhere to the designated rules to ensure public safety and consumer wellbeing. Establishments are explicitly directed to provide only clean and high-quality food items, utilising pure and wholesome raw ingredients while keeping raw and cooked provisions strictly separated.
